Children and Youth

YOUTH GROUP

High school and middle school kids come together about every other week to form a Youth group. Together we explore topics that effect how they live their lives, interact with their peers and communicate with their parents. Our youth are involved in service projects that include serving at Wayside Christian Mission, Operation Christmas Child and preparing backpacks for needy families in our area. They attend summer conferences where they have opportunity to deepen their relationship with Christ. We fundraise in preparation which involves the youth and their families working towards a common goal. It is a great bonding experience for all of us ! A schedule of meeting and events is always available and we invite all youth families to be involved. Please contact Linda Kennedy for more information.

GIRLS OF FAITH (GoF)
The GoF meet the second Saturday of the month and is designed for Middle and High School girls. This is an opportunity for girls to grow in faith, hope and friendship. Each evening consists of a Bible based lesson, activity and dinner.

DUDES OF GOD (DOGS)

The Dudes of God (aka D.O.G's) is a youth group

for boys in middle school and high school. The group focuses on developing young men who are strong in their faith, have high integrity, treat others with respect, deal honestly with everyone, have confidence , and are future leaders. We meet on the 2nd Saturday of each month for approximately 3 hrs. We typically split our time together into 3rds, one third doing some fun activity, one third preparing/eating dinner and learning a "life skill", and one third doing a Bible-based lesson using a middle/high school youth leaders guide as our basis.

CHILDREN'S CHURCH
On Sunday mornings during our 11:00am worship service we have a worship service for our 3-6 year olds. We are offering a warm, nurturing place for children to learn about God through song, scripture and hands on activities.
